Abstract

This study aims at identifying the current practices of recordkeeping and critical success factors of recordeeping practices at one prominent government agency, namely the Public Service Department of Malaysia. The interview are used as a method of data collection. The findings will reveal the current recordkeeping and records management practices at Public Service Department of Malaysia. The data were analyzed and the results are presented in several sections includes background of Information Management Division, current practices of recordkeeping and critical success factors in recordkeeping practices.
