GJSS recommends that authors review the About the Journal page for the journal's section policies, as well as the Author Guidelines. Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process. The publication may take 3 - 5 months (submission -> publication).

Authors are required to submit the following documents in separate files:

- Full paper without authors' names and affiliations

- Authors' biodata (about 100 words)

- Proofreading certificate

- Turnitin report (below 30%)

- Suggestions of 3 potential reviewers in the field
